This place was great!! There was lots of space and amenities for our group of 9, and everything was very clean. The hot tub and game room were a hit. The host was very responsive and helpful with the check-in process. Also the the location was great for golfing & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Bear Chalet. Hottub and game-room were a plus. Bear Chalet was clean and well appointed. You really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

The home was lovely with everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and ready available if needed. The beds were all comfortable, and all the game room was hours of fun for the whole family. The community was a safe area for kids to go biking on their own. The jacuzzi was hot and worked well. We brought a projector to watch movies while in it. The beach area only allowed 8 of us at one time. I recommend going to a local national park if you have a party greater than 8 for the beach or pool area. Overall, we all had a wonderful relaxing time!

We had a great stay at the Bear Chalet. Owner was very prompt responding when we couldn't locate the envelope containing the wristbands and car tag. We weren't at the house at the time, but she had the cleaners leave the envelope between the doors for us when we returned. Only downside was the lack of folding pool/beach chairs. Nothing was stated on the listing about chairs/benches not being at those locations to use but I didn't think to ask either. The beds were all comfy and the hot tub was very enjoyable to relax before bed each evening. We would highly recommend the home and would stay there again when travel in that area again.

This place was an overall thumbs up but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the strict rules of the HOA it’s within. If this host had other properties outside of the HOA that didn’t have these rules we would happily consider them. There are no campfires allowed and mandatory quiet hours from 11pm-8am. The rules of the property itself were fine and the host was super kind and responsive.

We had a great stay! The house is big and comfortable for a large group with many different zones. It's a little far from restaurants, coffee, etc but not too bad. Worked out well for our white water rafting trip!
